Services & Billing
In-person counseling services are available in Blue Ash, Ohio.
Telehealth is available for clients ages 12-17 after the first two appointments.
Telehealth is available from the first appointment for adult clients.
Though I’d like to meet in person at least once if you live close!
Clients physically must be in Ohio or Kentucky for telehealth sessions.
I do not currently accept insurance, however, I plan to in the future. I am happy to generate a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Initial Appointment & Assessment
Approximately 75 minutes | $200
Follow-Up Appointments
30 mins | $75
45 mins | $115
60 mins | $150
Extended sessions are available for a $25 charge per 10-minute increment.
Family Sessions
Parent meeting without client | $175
Parent meeting with client | $200
Letter writing, reports, and extended phone calls will be charged a prorated hourly fee.

A good fit is essential for counseling. Book a free 15-minute consultation call by clicking the button below. We will briefly discuss why you are seeking counseling for yourself or your child. We can then decide if we want to move forward with scheduling a first in-person appointment.
My Office
Counseling with Brooke is located in the Kenwood Professional Building, 9403 Kenwood Road in Blue Ash, Suite B203. The building is easily accessible from 71, 75, and Ronald Reagan Highway. It is located slightly off the road; use the drive to the right of AAA. The closest doors to the office are the east and south entrances. Counseling with Brooke is on the second floor; if an elevator is needed, use the west entrance.
Please note that I share an office with a therapist who brings a dog with her to work. If this makes in-person appointments an issue, please let me know ahead of time so we can make accommodations.
